The Newtron premium items are one-time use items to shorten research times of a technology.
When used, the research time for the research currently underway will be reduced by a designated amount. Surplus research reduction times carry over in to the next order in the research list.
There are several levels of newtron.
- Gold: Reduces research time by 6 hours. Costs 26,000 DM.
- Silver: Reduces research time by 2 hours. Costs 10,000 DM.
- Bronze: Reduces research time by 30 minutes. Costs 3,000 DM
In addition to purchasing these items using Dark Matter, it is possible to obtain them from the Import/Export Market and find them on Expeditions.
